Spetzofai Pelion

Ingredients (serves 6)
1kg of peppers (green)
4 sausages (rustic)
1kg tomatoes
2 onions
1 cup. oil
2 kt.g. sugar
Prescriptions
Puree tomatoes in the vegetable mill.
Heat oil and sauté lightly peppers and sausage cut into slices.
Add the remaining ingredients and let spetzofai simmer until the sauce thickens.
